BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
City Gambling Premises Permit allowing STMA Hockey Association a one-time event permit on August
26, 2016 for a Golf Tournament 50/50 raffle at Riverwood National Golf Course, 10247 95th Street NE.
The $100 fee has been received and the background check completed and City staff recommends
approval.

RESOLUTION NO. 2016-68
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the City subject to
restrictions set forth in the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the STMA Youth Hockey Association has submitted a complete application
for premises charitable gambling at Riverwood National Golf Course and has met the
criteria set forth in the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that STMA Youth Hockey Association request for a premise permit at Riverwood
National Golf Course, 10247 951h Street NE, Otsego MN 55362 hereby approved.
