City staff recommends approval of an amended liquor license premises permit for Cowboy Jacks
expansion.

BACKGROUNDIJUSTIFICATION:
Cowboy Jacks is requesting approval to amend their premises permit for off -sale liquor to include an
expansion of their business. The restaurant will be taking over the former tattoo shop (Suite 104) as
outlined in the attached site plan. The additional area will be used for banquet seating. The application
has been reviewed by the City Clerk and City Planner and is compliant with the requirements of Section
07-03-08.1-1 of the City Code. The applicant will work with the Department of Building Safety for building
permit requirements.
