RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the
City subject to restrictions sed forth in the City Code;
WHEREAS, the Rogers Youth Hockey Association has submitted a complete application
for premises charitable gambling at Cowboy Jacks Saloon and has met the criteria set
forth In the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Clijr Council Of the City of
Otsego that Rogers Youth Hockey Association request for a premise permit at
r Cowboy Jacks Saloon,, 90.0 Quantrelle Avenue NE, Suite 100, Otsego, MN 55330
l hereby approved.
