RESOLUTION
ORDERING REQUEST FOR QUOTES
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on 26"' day of
April, 2004, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications
for the C.S.A.H. 37 Tum Lanes and has presented such plans and specifications to the
council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, dated May 17, 2004, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare and send Request for Quotes for such
approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that quotes will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on September 8, 2005, in the
council chambers of the city hall, 8899 Nashua Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota, 55330. No
quotes will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a
cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the clerk for 5.0
percent of the amount of such quote.
