RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENT- A PORTION CITY
PROJE CT NO, 2006-09
WHEREAS, the propef y owners of Great River Centre (Appello Group, LLQ
petitioned the City for construction of certain public improvements adjacent to the
Plat of Great River Centre of Otsego, specifically needed improvements to County
Highway 42 designated as Otsego City Project leo. 2006-09 and agreed to pay
% of their share of the assessment and waive all procedural challenges and any
right of appeal as set follh in the Developers Agreement between the City and
Appello Group, LLC and subsequent adde ms to that Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have sold certain lots within the Plat ars
currently own the following properties: Oudot 1, Great River Centre of Otsego
(PID # 118-239-000090). Lot I. Block 2, Great River Centre of Ots ego 2nd
Addition (PID # 118.2 2-0020 1 o, Lot 1, Block 3, Great River Centre of Otsego
2�d Addition PID # 1.15--252-003 0 10), Lot 2, Block 3, Great River Centre o
Otsego 2nd Addition PID # 118.252-003 20), Lot I, Black 4, Great River Centre
oftseg o 2�' Addition (PID 118-252-0040 and utlo A, Great River Centre
of Otsego 3rd Addition (PID ## 118-266-0000 1 ; and
WHEREAS, each of the above lots carries a. portion oftie assessments for Otsego
City Project No, 2006-09; an d
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego and Appello Group, LIC and 21.E Century Bank
arriveda a Agreement en dated December 29, 2011 which includes pr visio s
related to principal reduction of certain portions of the previously adopted
assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE `OR IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
Otsego, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the Assessment for Great River Centre designated as City Project No.
2006-209 and affecting ecti the parcels listed above is hereby adopted as
Bodied to Feet principal reductions by the City as set forth on the
attached Exhibit A. The adopted assessment roll replace the current
assessments against the property previously certified,,
ADOPTED, this 13th day of November, 2013 by the Otsego City Council.
