RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, F EAS, urs ant to a resolution of the council adopted March 12, 2012, a
report has been prepared by Hal arson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the
improvement of Needham Avenue — South of 85th street NE and this report was
received by the council on December 10th, 2012;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of OTS G ,
MINNESOTA:
I. The council will consider the making of such improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 with the estimated total
cost of the improvement ent being $44,144.

public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th
} day of January, 2013 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and the cleat
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required b
law.
Adopted by the council this 1oth day of December, 2012.
