Andy MacArthur, City Attorney; Cary Gruen, Finance Director and Tami Luff, City Clerk.
1. Great Kiger Centre Proposal.
City Administrator Johnson and City Attorney MacArthur reviewed the proposal the City staff
presented to 21st Century Bank representatives and the counter proposal received from Great
Kiger Centre representatives. The proposal includes the leader/developer to pay in full the to
delinquencies and assessments on the following properties 118-252-002010, 118-252-003010
and 118-252-004010 and the Developer would complete the reconstruction of the portion of the
streets in the development as defined by the City Engineer to City standards.
If the City Council approves of the proposal, City staff can draft an agreement for the City
Council to consider on lurch 2.
Mayor Stockamp and the City Council thanked staff for their work on this.
CM Darkenwald motioned to direct City staff to draft an agreement for Great River
Centre and add the agreement to the March 25th, 2013 consent agenda. Seconded
y CM Schroeder. All in favor, Motion carried.

CM Ware ime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Darkenwald,, All in
