and PID 118-500-352201. This meeting will be closed in accordance with Minnesota Statute 13D.05,

Motion to call a Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on August 29 at Prairie Center with the meeting closed in
accordance with Minnesota Statute 13D.05, Subdivision 3, c, 3 regarding easements for utility purposes
on PID 118-500-262100 and PID 118-500-352201 and to change the time of the previously called budget
meeting to 6:30 or immediately following this meeting.
