RE SOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROP RTY SURPLUS
PROPERTY RT AND AUTHORIZING SALE
WHEREAS, ce tain miscellaneous items as set fodh on the attachcd Exhibit .A. owned by
the City no longer serve any useful City function; and
WHEREAS, the surplus items are varied and miscellaneous in nature; and
WHERE AS, City staff has determined ed that Public Surplus can properly dispose of these
items for value o the i ternet or otherwise andprovidefair value to the City.
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED y the City Council of the City of Otsego,
Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the miscellaneous iters set forth on Exhibit A are hereby declared surplus
city prop efty.
2. City staff are hereby authori ed to proceed with the disposition of the property by
contracting with Public Surplus for sale of the items over the i ter et, or
otherwise.
