A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMENDED FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR
CITY OF OTSEGO PROJECT 06-05
NEW WELLS AND RAW WATER MAIN
IN SOUTHEASTERN SECTION OF OTSEGO
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study
for the improvement on the 27th day of December 2004; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 26th day of September 2005
and declares the improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $ 965,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost—effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall prepare the plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 10th day of October 2005.
