Recommend calling 2017 budget work sessions for the combination of Public Utility Funds and the
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

BACKGROUNDMUSTIFICATION:
City staff recommends calling the special meetings listed below to review the combination of the Public
Utility Funds and the CIP. All meetings will be held at the Prairie Center directly following the regular
scheduled City Council meetings.

• October 24, 2016
• November 14, 2016
• November 28, 2016
