RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING
ONIMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council adopted October 10, 2005, a
report has been pre�ared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the
improvement of 62" Street NE from Quam Avenue NE to cul-de-sac, and Quale
Avenue NE from 62"D Street NE to 65th Street NE and this report was received by the
council on February 13, 2003;
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Otsego MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvements of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $ 409,000.00.
2. The council will consider modification of an existing contract previously bid on a unit
price basis for construction of the project pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429.041 subd. 7.

A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 15 day of
March, 2006, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7 p.m. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hea
