RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY
AND
DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATION
FOR
THE IMPROVEMENTS OF COUNTY ROAD 42 (PARRISH AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study for the
improvement on the 27th day of February, 2006; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 27th day of March, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the feasibility study and declares the
improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $2,571,107.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Otsego, MINNESOTA:
To hereby receive the feasibility report with an estimated total cost of improvements of
$2,571,107.20, subject to limited amendments in conformance with owners approved
plan.
Adopted by the council this 27t' day of March 2006.
