RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 62ND STREET AND QUALE AVENUE NE.
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study for the
improvement on the 10th day of October, 2005; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 13th day of February, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the feasibility study and declares the
improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $400,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Otsego, MINNESOTA:
to hereby receive the feasibility report with an estimated total cost of improvements of
$400,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council:
to hereby direct the firm of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to prepare the plans
and specifications for such improvement project.
