Call to Order.
Chair Black called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call; Chair Pam Black; Commissioners; David Thompson, Richard hard Nichols, and
Aaron Stritesky, Absent. Tam ie Fallon, Brian Gerten ,and Jim Kolles.
City Council , CM 'fern Heidner. Staff: Daniel Licht, City Planner; and Tai Lofi=, City

1,1 ,August 6, 2012 Planning Commission fleeting.
Commissioner Thompson motioned d to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Nichols. All in favor. Motion carried.
. Non -Public Hearin items:
.1 Zoning ordinance update reg rdinai signs,
City Planner Licht presented the staff report. Commissioner Nichols said under the
section ofAdditional Signs it states one additional double sided sign. City Planner Licht
said should be just additional double sided signs removing one. CM Heidner said under
Illumination #3 is that referring to a light behind or in front. City Planner Licht said a
light meter to the face of the sign, Commissioner Nichols said related to that item
should LED be listed separately. City Planner Licht said it is measured under the
provision,
Commissioner Nichols motioned to call a Public Hearing. Seconded by
Commissioner Strit l y. All in favor. Motion carried.
2.2 Comprehensive Plan update.
City Planner Licht presented a draft Policy Plan chapter.
. Update on Citi Council actions.
CIA Heldner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions
, Update on future Planning Commission Acienda iters.
