RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Otsego that the streets
hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street underthe provisions
of Minnesota law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Otsego
that the road described as follows, to -wit:
70th Street NE from CSAH #19 to Maciver Avenue
Maciver Avenue NE from CSAH #37 to 70th Street NE
70th Street NE from Nashua Avenue to CSAH #37
75th Street NE from Nashua Avenue to Odean Avenue NE
be, and hereby established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said
City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
his consideration, and that upon her approval of the designation of said road or portion
thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid
Street of the City of Otsego, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 217-
111 (70th Street), 217-112 (Maciver Avenue) and 217-108 (78'/75"').
