A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR A PUBLIC WORKS
FACILITY AND A SALT STORAGE SHED AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the
construction of a Public Works Facility and a Salt Storage
Shed, the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA
1. That contract for construction of a Public Works
Facility is awarded to the low bidder Kue Contractors in the
amount of $3,659,000.
2. That the contract for construction of a Salt Storage
Shed is awarded to the low bidder Greystone Construction in
the amount of $128,998.
3. That upon the selected low bidder meeting all further
requirements of the bid, the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute contracts on behalf of the City.
