RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 26
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS
FOR PROPOSED CSAH 42 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(CITY PROJECT 2006-09)
WHEREAS, a Feasibility Study was ordered and accepted by the Otsego City
Council on 03-27 , 2006 and on 4-10 , 2006 the Otsego City Council fixed a
date for a City Council hearing on the proposed improvement of CSAH 42
Improvement Project (City Project 2006-09).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Otsego, Wright County,
Minnesota, hereby orders:
1. The appointed City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of a tax exempt bond.
Motion for adoption of resolution by CM Scharber seconded by
CM Thorsted at the meeting of the Otsego City Council on the ip day of
May , 2006.
