RESOLUTION NO. 2006-31
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MNDOT AGREEMENT NO.
89418-R BETWEEN THE CITY OF OTSEGO AND STATE OF MINNESOTA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, MNDOT has submitted to the City Agreement No. 89418 regarding the
City's responsibilities under State Project No. 8608-21 (T.H. 101=187); and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and approved the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Otsego enter into MNDOT
Agreement No. 89418-R with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for
the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of
grading, concrete and bituminous pavement, retaining walls, traffic signal systems,
lighting, drainage, bridge No.'s 86013 thru 86020 and box culvert No.'s 86X06 and
86X07 construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and
adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 101 from 147t` Avenue in Hennepin County to the
Mississippi River in Wright County within the corporate City limits under State Project
No. 8608-21 (T.H. 101=187).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to
execute the Agreement.
ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2006 by the Otsego City Council.

Jessica Stockamp, Dan Scharber and Mark Thorsted.
