CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Otsego enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to
wit:
To provide Maintenance and Electrical Energy for the new Traffic Control Signals
with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption, Signing, and Interconnect on
Trunk Highway 101 at CSAH 36, East and West Ramps, at CSAH 37, North and
South ramps, at CSAR 42, North and South Ramps, and at CSAH 39, in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement
No. 89661M, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained
therein.
Adopted by the City Council this 12"' day of June 2006.
Motion for adoption of resolution by CM Heidner, seconded by CM Scharber, at
the meeting of the Otsego City Council on the 12"' day of June, 2006.
