RESOLUTION NO. 2006-60
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS- I-94 WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK SEWER AND WATER
EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed a Feasibility Study on the proposed
improvement of I-94 West Industrial Park Sewer And Water Extension on July 24, 2006;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to proceed with obtaining further
information regarding the proposed project; and
WHEREAS, the affected property owners have indicated that they would all be willing
to 100% petition for the project, waiving public hearings and waiving appeal of
assessment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The City's consulting Engineer Hakanson Anderson is hereby directed to proceed
with Plans and Specifications for the making of said improvement.
2. That the costs of the Plans and Specifications be incorporated into the assessment
for the project.
