CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGULATING PARK HOURS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 6-7-3.A of the City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
A. No person shall be upon any City of Otsego property, nor shall any person park a
vehicle upon any City park, greenway, or parking lot within a City park property
between sunset and sunrise of the following day except as otherwise regulated
by this Section or other provisions of the City Code.
Section 2. Section 6-7-3 of the City Code is hereby amended to read to include
the following provisions:
C. Use of ice staking rinks or designated dog parks within a City park
property shall be allowed between the hours of 5:00 AM to 10:OOPM each
day.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
