BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Precinct 1A had 4972 persons registered at lam; with 524 new registrations on election day. Precinct 1A
had 3847 voters on election day.
Precinct 2A- (sorry the head judge didn't give me a summary statement for this precinct; I have asked
Wright County for a copy and have not received by the time of the assembly of the packet. I will get you
a copy once I have those numbers.)
Precinct 2A had 3199 voters on election day.
Precinct 3 had 403 persons registered at 7am; with 79 new registrations on election day. Precinct 3 had
316 voters on election day.
=total of 7,362 persons voting.
The Otsego City Council had one mayor four year term and two councilmembers four year terms (2017-
20) on the General Election held Tuesday, November 8, 2016. The attached resolution canvasses the
votes tabulated at each precinct. The official election results for the Mayor shall be Jessica Stockamp
and the two City Council seats shall be Corey Tanner and Jason Warehime.

RESOLUTION TO CANVASS RESULTS OF THE
CITY ELECTION
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2016
GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS: The City of Otsego held an election for a Mayor and two Council Members
on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 during the General Election with 7,362 persons voting
at the precincts on election day.
WHEREAS: On this 14t" day of November, 2016 the City Council has met to canvass
said elections results;
WHEREAS: The votes tabulated at said election were:

results for Mayor and two City Council seats for each a Four Year Term (2017-2020)
