CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
GATEWAY NORTH 3RD ADDITION — BUILDING #6
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of Gateway North 3rd
Addition (the "plat"); and,
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Developers Agreement
March, 2014 for Gateway North 3rd Addition — Building #6 and recorded with Wright
County regarding approval of the plat and installation of required public improvements
within the plat; and,
WHEREAS, all public improvements, including watermain, sanitary sewer, storm
sewer, grading and erosion control have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, all public improvements were constructed in accordance with City
standards, Code and approved plans within the plat; and,
WHEREAS, an acceptable warranty period has passed; and,
WHEREAS, a final acceptance inspection of the public improvements within the
plat was conducted on October 21, 2015 with City staff and the Developer, and all items
identified at this walk-thru have now been completed including the acceptance of the as -
built plans dated October 13, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA THAT
1. The City accepts all public improvements lying within public easements and
public right-of-way and these improvements shall be come City property.
