91-02RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-2
CITY OF OTSEGO,
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement of the following:
Nashua Ave NE from Wright County Road #39 (NE 95TH ST) to
83RD Street NE, and approximately one quarter (1/4) mile of
85TH Street NE, East of the intersection of Nashua Avenue NE
and 85TH Street NE.
Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:
Bauerly Bros, St. Cloud, MN $339,775.56
Hardrives, Inc, Plymouth, MN $425,011.75
Buffalo Bituminous, Inc, Buffalo, MN $426,261.07
R L Larson Exc, St Cloud, MN $428,416.60
Veit & Co, Inc $440,482.20
Alber Const, Inc, Rogers, MN $449,026.45
Valley Paving, Inc $465,009.70
and WHEREAS, it appears that Bauerly Bros, St Cloud, MN is
the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA=
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Bauerly Bros of St
Cloud, Minnesota in the name of the City of Otsego for the
improvement of Nashua Avenue from Wright County Road #39 (NE
95TH ST) to 83RD Street NE, and approximately one quarter
(1/4) mile of 85TH Street NE, East of the intersection of
Nashua Avenue NE and 85TH Street NE according to the plans
and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and
on file in the office of the Deputy Clerk.
2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their
bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.

RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO.91-2
CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on
the 9th day of March, 1992, fixed the date for a hearing on
the following proposed improvement:
Nashua Avenue NE from Wright County Road #39 (NE 95TH
ST) to 83RD Street NE, and approximately one quarter
(1/4) mile of 85TH Street NE, East of the intersection
of Nashua Avenue NE and 85TH Street NE
AND, WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of the
hearing through two (2) weekly publications and mailed
notices required by law were given, and posted notice was
given of the hearing which was held on March 23, 1992 at
6:30PM, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given opportunity to be heard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF OTSEGO, WRIGHT COUNTY,, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in that
City Council Resolution adopted March 9, 1992.
2. Hakanson-Anderson Assoc., Inc is hereby designated the
engineer for the project. /f
