RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the hiring of the following employee as Recreation Lead. Their job will involve building and
program supervision, and will on occasion assist with special events and/or entertainment.
Rachel Stoltzman at $14.00 per hour

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The individual currently being recommended for the position of Recreation Lead is experienced in
building supervision and leading recreational activities. The cost for a majority of the work that she will
perform is offset by either building rental fees or recreation program fees. There will be times that she
may work a special event or entertainment throughout the year. She has been interviewed and passed
a background check.
