Military Tribute proposal
Hello my name is Jacob Postuma I am a life Scout with Troop
590 in Otsego, Mn and I am working on My Eagle Scout project
which is to put a Military Tribute by the Flag in Prairie Park.
Please see the handout provided,
I will be fundraising and asking for donations from various
companies and nonprofit organization to pay for the Granite
Tribute, lights and ground cover, Twin City Monument has
donated all the engraving for this tribute. I will need to raise
approximately $2000.00 dollars for this not including my
request from the Park and Rec and City of Otsego.
I will need from the Park and Rec Committee is approval of this
project and location.
I would also like to request from the Park and Rec and the City
of Otsego to cover the cost of the cement Footing, Electrical
work so lights can be added to light up this Tribute at night, any
permits needed for this project and the mulch so we can re -due
the mulch in the entire area around the Flag pole and Tribute.
