Call to Order.
Chair Angie Dehn called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Angie Dehn; Commissioners: Jim Breitbach, Corey Tanner, Cara Husak
Angela Hilde and Derrick Stark. Absent: Commissioner Doug Cassady.
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp and City Council Member Doug Schroeder.
Staff: Ross Demant, Parks and Recreation Director, Dan Licht, City Planner, Pat
Launderville, Park Lead, Nick Jacobs, Park Staff and Connie Schwecke, Recreation
Administrative Assistant.
1. Open Forum.
2. Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Breitbach motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded by
Commissioner Stark. All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 April 19, 2016 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Jim Breitbach was added to roll call for the Commission Meeting on April 19, 2016.
Commissioner Breitbach motioned to approve the amended April 19, 2016
Regular Minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Stark. All in favor. Motion
carried.
4. Unfinished Business.
4.1 Review of Northwood Park Budget.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented.
No discussion or questions by the Commissioners.
Chair Dehn motioned to recommend to the City Council to approve revised
budget and move forward on the Northwood Park Project. Seconded by
Commissioner Husak. All in favor. Motion carried.
5. New Business.
5.1 Tour of the Park System.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant stated that the Commissioners would be touring
the parks tonight after the meeting adjourned.
6. Parks and Recreation Director Update.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented.
7. City Council Reports.

City Council member Doug Schroeder gave an update.
8. Adjourn.
Commissioner Tanner motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Breitbach. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 5:10P.M.
