RESOLUTION NO. 2007-29
RESOLUTION VALUING AND ACCEPTING DONATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND EASEMENTS FROM ALTON G AND MARY L DRURY
WHEREAS, Alton G. Drury and Mary L. Drury, husband and wife, (the "DRURYS")
own certain property abutting on Parish Avenue Northeast within the City of Otsego
("CITY") as set forth on the attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the DRURYS wish to donate the property to the City; and
WHEREAS, the CITY has agreed to approve the transaction and the appraised value of
the contributions for DRURY' S tax purposes and to provide appropriate documentation
of the transfer and valuation; and
WHEREAS, the property has been transferred from the DRURYS to the CITY; and
WHEREAS, an appraised value of the DRURYS property has been determined by the
appraiser and is hereby approved by the CITY.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY;
1. Accepts the donation of the property as set forth on Exhibit A for public purposes.
2. The value of the property donated to the City is hereby established at $30,000.00
pursuant to the appraisal set forth on the attached Exhibit B..

Exhibit A
The South one-half of Lots Six (6) and Thirty Eight (38) and the North one-half of
Lots Five (5) and Thirty Nine (39), Riverside Park, Wright County, Minnesota,
according to the plat and survey thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles in and for said Wright County, Minnesota.
South Half of Lots Seven (7) and Thirty Seven (37) and the North Half of Lots Six
(6) and Thirty Eight (38) Riverside Park, according to the plat and survey thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles of said Wright County.
