BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Pour wine and Bistro is requesting approval to amend their premises permit to have outdoor
seating on the sidewalk in front of their restaurant. The outdoor .seating area would be accessed from a
door directly between the restaurant and patio area, which is to be fenced as required by the City Code,
and not the main entrance. The patio fencing is 3 " and made of strung plastic resin which would
enclose an outside area of 9 Y2" x 25' with the capacity of four B" tables. The application has been
reviewed by the City Clerk and City Planner and is compliant with the requirements of Section 07-03-
.1-1 of the City Code.
