A RESOLUTION INCLUDING CITY COMMISSIONS IN
THE CITY'S WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
WHEREAS, City appointed Commissioners occasionally do
work for the City during which they could be injured.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO that all City appointed commissioners be
included in the City of Otsego's Worker's Compensation
insurance as long as they are serving on a City
Commission.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council on June 11, 2007.
