RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND
ORDERING REQUEST FOR QUOTES
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on March 25, 2013,
Hakanson Anderson has prepared plans and specifications for Needham Avenue Storm
Water Improvement provement Project and has presented such plans and specifications to the
council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL of OTS u
MINNESOTA:
1 * Such plans and specifications, dated May 13, 2013, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2, The City Engineer shall request quotes from at least 3 responsible
contractors for making of such improvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The request for quote shall specify the workto be done, shall state that
quotes will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on June 3, 2013, in the council chambers of the city
hail 13400 90th street NE, Otsego, MN 55330, No quotes will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the clerk.
