STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on
August 8, 1990, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of Packard Avenue NE
between 60th Street NE and 70th Street NE within the City of
Otsego and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Otsego City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL,
WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plan and specifications, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under
such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall
be published for three (3) weeks, shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that bids will be opened and that the
responsibility of the builders will be considered by the City
Council at 10:00 a.m. on Thurs, March 14, 1991, in the
Otsego City Haff, —Otsego, Minnesota. Any bidder whose
responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will
be given an opportunity to address the City Council on the issue
of responsibility. No bids will be considered unless sealed and
filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashiers
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for
5% percent of the amount bid.
3. A Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Council Memberjapold, and upon a
vote being taken thereof the following voted in favor thereof:

all agreed.
And the following voted against the same:
