A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR 70" STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, FROM CSAH 19 TO MACIVER AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study
for the improvement on the 9th day of JCC 2007; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 13th day of August 2007 and
declares the improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $ 440.000 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost—effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall prepare the plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
