SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Corey Tanner and Jason
Warehime. Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Adam Flaherty, Interim City
Administrator/Finance Director, Ron Wagner, City Engineer; Kurt Neidermeier, Utility Manager
and Tami Loff, City Clerk. Also present AE2S Engineer Scott Schaefer.
1. Otsego Wastewater Master Plan.
AE2S Engineer Schaefer reviewed the progress summary of the Wastewater Master Plan in
detail; reviewing three alternate options for the liquid train and the solids trains. AE2S is
recommending the membrane alternate for the liquid train and lime stabilization for the solid
train.
AE2S Engineer Schaefer reviewed the next steps in the process and noted that the detail
phasing plans for the wastewater facilities and equipment will be next.
CM Heidner motioned to direct City staff to move forward with the recommendation
presented this evening by Scott Schaefer, AE2S. Seconded by CM Warehime. All in
favor. Motion carried.
2. Adjourn.
CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor. Motion
carried. Adjourned at 7:00 PM.
