City Staff recommends approval of an On- Sale liquor license for Riverwood Tavern, 10247 95th Street
NE, Otsego, MN 55362 from April 10, 2017 to June 30, 2017.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Riverwood National Golf Course restaurant will be managed by a new company starting the end of
April. The applicant, Riverwood Tavern LLC, has submitted an application for On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor
and On -Sale Sunday Liquor at 10247 95th Street NE, Otsego, MN 55362. Along with the application the
Applicant has summited a pro -rated license fee per our Ordinance for the remainder of the license
period. They will then go through the required renewal process along with the other license holders
within the city by June 30, 2017. City staff has received all the necessary paperwork and recommends
approval.
