SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 8:46 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Corey Tanner, Tom
Darkenwald and Jason Warehime. Staff: Adam Flaherty, Interim City Administrator / Finance
Director; Dan Licht, City Planner; Ron Wagner, City Engineer; and Tami Loff, City Clerk. Also
present: Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bury and Wayne Elam; and Jessica Green and Rusty Fifield from
Northland Securities.
1. Review Kadler Avenue TIF
City staff has been working with Northland Securities to develop debt and TIF projections for
the Kadler Avenue Industrial Park. Jessica Green, Northland Securities, reviewed the materials
provided in the packet. She further reviewed the phases and TIF calendar. The City Council
concurred to move forward as presented. City staff explained the next steps. The Developer to
submit planning applications. Mr. Bury stated he is still working on the site plan but the
Architect has the building plans complete.
Mayor Stockamp motioned to adopt Resolution 2017-32 Ordering Plans and
Specifications for Improvement of Kadler Avenue (70th Street to 1/2 Mile North).
Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Warehime. All in favor.
