THE CITY'S WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
WHEREAS, City appointed commissioners for the
Commission, Historic Preservation Commission,
Commission, and Park & Recreation Commission
occasionally do work for the City during which

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO that all City appointed commissioners be
included in the City of Otsego's Worker's Compensation
insurance as long as they are serving on a City
Commission.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council on September 10,
2007.
