SUBJECT: Guardian Angels Financial Assistance Request
At this special meeting, the City Council will be receiving a formal request for financial assistance
from Guardian Angels on the Riverview Landing Senior Services proposal. The application for this
project was considered by the Planning Commission on March 20, 2017 and they recommended
approval of the development application. City staff last met with Guardian Angels representatives
on March 28, 2017 to discuss the status of the development application. At this meeting, it was
communicated by Guardian Angels that a formal request for financial assistance would be
forthcoming. The development application has not yet been brought to the City Council for review.
Representatives from Guardian Angels will be present at this special meeting and will be making a
presentation to the City Council regarding the status of the development application as well as the
specifics of the request for financial assistance.
Nick Anhut from Ehlers will also be present at this special meeting to provide a review of financial
information as well as being available for any questions.

There will be a wealth of information received at this meeting, all of which is being presented for
the first time to the City Council.
City staff would only be asking for direction from the City Council on how to proceed.
