FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Otsego, held on the 2 7TH day
of April , 1992, the following Resolution was offered
by Floyd Roden Adopt the Resolution approving the layout of

to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 187 renumbered as Trunk
Highway No. 101 within the corporate limits of the City of Otsego, from the So. Corp. limits to the East
Corp. limits; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1A S.P.
2738-08 & S.P. 8608-07 (101=187) from TH 94 to Jct. TH 10 & 169.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of
the Resolution DoUg Lindenfelser, Norman F Freeke. Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier &
Ronald Black
The following Council members voted against its adoption: None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
