A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR 75th STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FROM ODEAN
AVENUE NE TO OHLAND AVENUE- NE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10 day of January
2008, ordering Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to prepare plans and
specifications for the City of Otsego 75th Street Improvement project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 14th day of Janua 2008.
