CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A NEW POLLING PLACE
FOR THE CITY OF OTSEGO.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.16, subd.1, Polling Places, permits the
city to change the location of the city polling place.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego is one precinct at large and known as Wright County
Precinct 140.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego has changed the polling place from 8899 Nashua Ave
NE, known as the Otsego City Hall and designated the Otsego Public Works Facility,
13400 9& St NE, as the designated polling place.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Otsego, Wrip County, Minnesota
does hereby designate the Otsego Public Works Facility, 13400 90 St NE, as the Otsego
Precinct polling place.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the designation of a new polling place shall take
effect at the September, 2008 primary election and the November, 2008 election.
Adopted by the City Council this 28m day of January, 2008.
