RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND
ORDERING REQUEST FOR QUOTES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Council requesting, Hakanson Anderson Associates,
Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement Project No. 08-03, 2008
Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Project.
And has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, dated February 5, 2008, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare and send Request for Quotes for such
approved plans and specifications. The Request for Quote shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that quotes will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on March 4, 2008, in the
council chambers of the city hall, 8899 Nashua Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota, 55330. No
quotes will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk.
