RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 217-108-02 (7e Street NE) from Ohland Avenue N.E. to Odean Avenue
N.E. in the City of Otsego, Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 25th day of February, 2008, by the City of
Otsego in Wright County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be
called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of 75th Street NE State Aid
Route No. 217-108-02 from Ohland Avenue N.E. to Odean Avenue N.E. in the City of
Otsego, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the "Citi', will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the
improvements
of this Street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State
Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City", shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on 75"' Street NE from
Ohland Avenue NE to Odean Avenue NE at all times.
