RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND
ORDERING REQUEST FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Council requesting, Hakanson Anderson Associates,
Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement Project No. 08-10, Pressure
Control Station No. 1 SCADA Improvements.
And has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, dated April 7, 2008, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare and send Request for Bids for such
approved plans and specifications. The Request for Bid shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 6, 2008, in the
council chambers of the city hall, 8899 Nashua Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota, 55330. No
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk.
Adopted by the council this 14th day of April, 2008.
