RESOLUTION NO. 2008-25
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the City subject to
restrictions set forth in the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the Albertville Lions Club has submitted a complete application for
premises charitable gambling at Riverwood National Golf Course and has met the
criteria set forth in the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that Albertville Lions request for a premise permit at Riverwood National
Golf Course, 10247 95"' Street NE, Otsego MN 55362 hereby approved
Motion for adoption of the resolution by CM Tom Darkenwald ,
Seconded by Mayor a y Fournier at the meeting of the Otsego City Council
