RESOLUTION NO. 2017-42
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the
City subject to restrictions set forth in the City Code;
WHEREAS, the Elk River Youth Hockey Association has submitted a complete
application for premises charitable gambling at Riverwood Tavern and has met the
criteria set forth in the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that Elk River Youth Hockey Association request for a premise permit at
Riverwood Tavern, 10247 95th Street NE Otsego, MN 55362 hereby approved.
Motion for adoption of the resolution by Heidner ,
Seconded by Tanner at the meeting of the Otsego City Council
on the 22nd day of May 2017.
