RESOLUTION NO. 2008-36
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF LARRY FOURNIER AS
MAYOR OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO AND DECLARING A VACANCY IN THAT
POSITION
WHEREAS, Larry Fournier has submitted to the Otsego City Council a letter of resignation from
his position as Mayor of the City of Otsego, effective immediately.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Otsego,
County of Wright, Minnesota, does hereby accept the resignation of Larry Fournier as
Mayor of the City of Otsego, effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare a vacancy in the
position of the Mayor of the City of Otsego.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council, Wright County, Minnesota this 23'd day of June, 2008.
