RESOLUTION NO. 2008-37
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAYOR — CITY OF OTSEGO
WHEREAS, Larry Fournier has submitted in writing his resignation as Mayor of the City of
Otsego, effective immediately; and
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Council has accepted said resignation effective immediately and
has by resolution declared a vacancy in the position of Mayor of the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that a qualified individual from the City Council should
be appointed to complete the current mayoral term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Otsego,
County of Wright, Minnesota, does hereby appoint Jessica S t o c kamp as Mayor of
the City of Otsego, effective immediately.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 23`d day of June, 2008.
