RESOLUTION DECLARING VACANCY IN CITY COUNCIL- CITY OF OTSEGO
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Council has appointed Council MemberStockamp to the
position of Mayor of the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, said appointment leaves a vacancy in the Council position previously held by
CM Stock=
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Otsego, Wright
County, Minnesota that a vacancy is hereby declared in that Council position held by
CM St nc.karr r prior to appointment as Mayor.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 23'd day of June, 2008.
